Admissions Process
1. Attend an OLSW Event (Info session, etc.) and Meet the Our Lady Seat of Wisdom Community
Parents of Prospective students are required to attend at least one Event (See upcoming events below)

2. Submit an Application - Online applications open on November 6, 2023

3. Complete an Admissions Interview
Each family (student and parents) will need to take part in an admissions interview. Interviews will take place by appointment.

4. Take the High School Placement Test.

5. Receive an Admissions Decision!

Our Lady Seat of Wisdom's Admissions Timeline
November 6, 2023: Applications for the 2024-2025 school year are Open!
​
Beginning November 20th: Admissions interviews will be held by appointment.
​
December 2nd: Placement Test (We can accommodate testing after this date if necessary)
​
May 1st: Financial Aid application deadline *Applications are still being taken.
​
May 15th: Decision deadline for students - Enrollment forms, Tuition Agreements, and Enrollment fees are due (see below)

May 30th: Financial Aid award letters are sent
​

An Affordable Education
Tuition for Our Seat of Wisdom, Chesterton Academy for the 2024-2025 school year is $8,100.
​
Required Fees: (All fees are non-refundable once paid.)

Enrollment Fee $300
​
Book Fee (covers costs associated with student $425
books, textbooks, labs, fine arts, etc.)
​
Activity Fee (Formation Friday and schoolwide $400
activities)

Our Lady Seat of Wisdom is committed to an affordable education for all families who fit OLSW’s mission. Through generous donations and careful stewardship from our board, we hope to offer financial aid to families who apply and qualify. The student application process and enrollment must be completed in full before being considered for tuition assistance.
